snack: 5 cherries
breakfast: maple & pecan granola cereal, which is REALLY GOOD if somewhat more calorie-laden than one might wish.
snack: 2 apples, breakfast bar
lunch: pb&j, chips, glass of milk
dinner: swiss steak, mashed potatoes, cauliflower
