oh, also: needed, one Boston criminal lawyer
Is anybody on my friends-list a Boston criminal lawyer, or do you happen to know one who might be willing to answer a couple questions for me? I would be hugely appreciative!

I think you've stumped me on that one. But if it's a general legal thing, let me know.

It's, er, about kidnapping. Not across state lines, though, so presumably it's a state and not a federal issue...

According to what i know from tv, "state lines" makes it federal and it would likely be a state issue. Although on "Without a Trace" those FBI agents are always investigating missing persons, so...

Wait, I'm supposed to know stuff from other than TV? Are you sure?

Gotta be criminal? I know a Boston lawyer but he's civil. I can check with him.

My partner is a lawyer, based out of western Massachusetts. Good enough?

IANAL, but to the best of my ability to tell you cannot actually perform a citizen's arrest on the guy who laid out the streets and labeled them, for some absurd reason. He's got to be guilty of at least one case of negligent homicide a month.
