Not the movie. The Frank Miller comic book, twenty or so years ago.

I haven't seen the movie, come to think of it. If it was in the movie, I suppose that's even more of a way to say it's still fair game.

It is cool to see a superheroine who's concerned about getting injured. :-)

Well, there's a scene where somebody gets hung upside-down, anyway... :)

Right, right, I figured that out about twenty minutes later, but I'd already gone to bed and wasn't going to get up and log on to explain I was an idiot. :) In my defense, I've never read the Miller comics... :)

You've *never* read the Miller comics?

Well, in life we all make decisions, but you're missing a classic, there. I only wish I had time to consume all the media I wanted to...

What little exposure I've had to Frank Miller's comics doesn't suggest to me that I'd enjoy reading any of them in full. I know they're classics, I know why they're classics, but...meh. They just don't seem like my thing, you know?

Fair enough. I'll note that Dark Knight is more like Watchmen than, for example, Sin City (which I didn't like). But you do at least share a taste for a good way to play with a bad guy's mind for interrogation purposes. :-)
