Though it does make me feel slightly less like a stalker. I'm doing an article on Me-Con and I'm going to FantasyCon so it would have probably gotten to the stage where I'd have felt obliged to try and steal your socks for some sort of altar. Like Cynthia Plaster-Caster...only with feet.

I managed to bump into Paul Cornell at almost every con I went to for over two years, including both PCon and PicoCon, as well as the Japanese Worldcon.

(He was very nice about it, and invited us to join a group going off for dinner in Yokohama.)

On one occasion, we were amicably but silently sharing a lift when he noticed his novel halfway down the stack of books I was holding.
