Dana envy :)
Mom's borrowed the Dana so she can take it into the National Library and transcribe baptismal records, which you're not allowed to photocopy, photograph, or make printouts of from the microfilm. So she borrowed the Dana, 'cause it's much faster than handwriting all those records, and apparently numerous people at the library have admired it profusely. :) It's a very nifty little tool. :)

Ooh, Ted's doing the yoga dvd. He's a better person than I am.

...*agh*. Okay, that is the *first* time I've ever seen a major news headline spoiling a comic book story. Guess I know how Marvel's CIVIL WAR ends now... :P

We watched the last of season one "Rome" last night. Good show. Waugh. What a lot of good actors there are on that show. And what a lot of naked people!

We have tickets for tonight's Beauty and the Beast (the Disney musical version) that's on tour here. I've been wanting to see this for years, so I'm looking foward to it. Yay! In preparation/celebration, I got my streak roots bleached. Presumably there'll be some pictures this weekend from PCon, so I won't make you look at any now.

And last but not least,

happy happy shadowhwkday!

And the point of using microfilm if you're not allowed to print it off is...?

Heck, why don't they just etch them in stone, so nobody can do anything with them but look?
