to done

screw a things to do list. i should be keeping a things i’ve done list.

today i’ve made bread, brownies, chicken pot pie & cookies, walked five miles, done 30 pushups and a load of laundry, put together a ballet barre, danced with my kid, cleaned the kitchen, worked on sorting out the office, and some other stuff i can’t remember because now i’m trying to write it down.

i don’t know why i’m so hard on myself. i’m a freaking amazon. all should look upon my works and freaking *despair*.

also, i rocked my rogue stripe today:

Wow! Go you! And here I was about to be all impressed that I took out the trash and got the mail today. :P

A things done list is a lot more satisfying than the to do list. Back when I still had a to do list, I used to sneak stuff on after I did them just so I could scratch something else off the list.

I just took out the majority of my trash (the fridge is next to take the dead things out of it) and have done a bit here and there, like you said, when you add it up, its a very long list.

oh yeah, the cat box o doom was on todays chores too.

I agree! It's a much more positive thing than beating yourself up on everything you haven't done.

You are, in fact, a freaking amazon. I do not despair, but I continuously marvel at how much you manage to get done compared to me.
